Heads up! Our building is getting its final round of updates to make sure everything stays safe, attractive, and comfortable for the long haul. Most of what’s left involves painting the exterior and balconies, plus a few finishing touches in shared spaces like the stairwells. You might see workers around or hear some daytime noise, but it should be much quieter than before.

Work will only happen Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Weekends are noise-free.

This oceanfront condo at Amelia by the Sea is on the third floor, with three bedrooms and two baths—plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the view of the fishing pier and ocean. Everything inside is brand-new, from the furniture to the beautifully updated kitchen. The master bedroom has its own ocean view, a king bed, and a private bathroom with double sinks. Step out onto your balcony to watch the sun rise or set. There’s room for family or friends too, with a second bedroom featuring a queen bed and a third with both a queen and twin bunk beds.

The kitchen has granite counters, updated cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances. It’s stocked with everything you need, and it opens right into a spacious living and dining area—so you’re never far from those ocean panoramas. The living room is set up for relaxing, with Wi-Fi and cable TV. Don’t worry about packing too much: there’s a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Of course, you’ll want to get outside and enjoy the beach or explore the island, too.

The property was very easy to navigate. The location was right on the ocean, with a private pool, private boardwalk to the beach and private large fishing pier. It kept it feeling very family friendly and we could always find a spot on the beach, very close to our boardwalk. This made it easy to run back and forth to the room. There were private tennis ball and pickleball courts (bring your own equipment). Parking was provided. There is a fun restaurant directly across the street and then another about 1/3 or 1/2 mile away. People respected quiet hours. We cooked in the room for our family group several times and found everything we

The property is in a great location for the beach. Loved having private access so that the beach wasn't over crowded. Condo was all that we needed it to be. Property manager was super responsive. Easy check in and check out process. Washer and dryer were great to have.

Well, this is the first time Ive ever had an Air BnB location description to be inaccurate. This condo was MUCH BETTER than the words could capture! First, the location of #333 is fantastic its in the middle of the island and convenient to everything its in the middle of the complex and easy to get to its 2 floors up not too low for noise and traffic and not too high to be reachable by steps or a quick elevator ride, which by the way is directly across from the condo front door. Second, the recently remodeled condo was extraordinarily well done with upscale finishes and appliances and mighty comfortable. Third, Melissa and Jennifer teamed up for rapid responses that answered questions almost before they were asked! Fourth, #333 is spacious! My family of 5 (ages 26 and up) had plenty of privacy in 3 bedrooms and plenty of togetherness in the well-appointed common areas. Overall, a great condo in a great location with great hostesses that all added up for a great time for my family!

This condo has been tastefully renovated and has a great ocean view. The pier is fun for fishing and is the only private pier on the island. We were able to see fireworks on the beach in both directions - downtown Fernandinas and the Ritz (I think) We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
