Finally, the first thing you see as you walk into the condo, you’ll see the sliding glass doors that lead out to your furnished private balcony which presents a gorgeous view of the ocean and a near-direct view of the fishing pier.
Property amenities include an 800 ft fishing pier available to the Amelia by the Sea guests with the bonus of NO FISHING LICENSE needed when fishing from this private, exclusive pier. There is a completely renovated oceanside swimming pool so you can get your sun there and on the beach.
